Transforming Ghana's Road Infrastructure for Better Connectivity and Growth

01

Empowering Local Authorities

The primary goal is to equip MMDAs with road tools to improve local infrastructure and reduce contractor reliance.

02

Boosting Capacity

Enhance the technical skills and resources of district assemblies to ensure more effective and efficient road project execution.

03

Creating Jobs

Generate approximately 4,500 direct employment opportunities, including roles for equipment operators, mechanics, and support staff.

04

Driving Development

Support critical infrastructure projects that align with Ghana's national development goals and enhance regional connectivity.

Our vision

Improving connectivity and economic growth.

Beyond immediate job creation, this initiative will also have long-term benefits by providing valuable training and skills development for the youth in mechanical engineering, hydraulic systems, and electronic systems diagnosis.
By equipping the younger generation with these lifetime skills, the initiative will ensure a sustainable and competent workforce for the future, providing economic empowerment.
